Single House – Garage Type
| For single-story with double car garage, area between 500–700 sqft | $50 |
| For single-story with triple car garage, area between 700–1000 sqft | $60 |
Single-story standard is based on the presence of gutters on one level. For houses with multiple levels, pricing is determined by the gutters’ presence on the main level.
Single-story House
| For houses up to 2000 sqft with roof slope not exceeding 6/12 | $200 |
| For houses up to 2500 sqft with roof slope not exceeding 6/12 | $250 |
Two-story House
| For houses up to 2500 sqft with roof slope not exceeding 6/12 | $250 |
| For houses up to 3500 sqft with roof slope not exceeding 6/12 | $350 |
| For houses up to 4500 sqft with roof slope not exceeding 6/12 | $450 |
| For houses up to 6500 sqft with roof slope not exceeding 6/12 | $650 |
Roof Inspection
| Inspection for houses up to 3000 sqft, includes gutter inspection and report issuance | $350 |
| Inspection for houses above 3000 sqft, includes gutter inspection and report issuance | $450 |
The above prices are for gutter debris removal only. Additional charges apply for chemical cleaning and stain removal. Slope not exceeding 6/12 refers to roofs where a person can stand comfortably.
